Once the app is live, reply targets depend on your plan: within two business days on Free, one business day on Starter and Growth, and the same business day on Pro. Email support comes from the team that builds the app, and we use AI tools to help draft replies.

Shoppers

If you have a question about a return, exchange or withdrawal, please contact the store you bought from. The store manages your request and your data, and can act on it.

If you can’t reach the store, email us and we’ll pass your message on to them. For how this website handles personal data, see our privacy page.
