A busy month, worked through
Say you’re on Starter, which can auto-approve up to 100 return requests a month, and December brings 180.
Your bill: $19. Up to the 100th request, Comeback approves everything that fits your rules automatically. The other 80 wait in your queue for you to approve. Nothing is blocked and nothing is added to your bill. You’ll see a banner suggesting Growth; whether you upgrade is up to you.
Billing questions
How does billing work?
Through Shopify App Pricing. The charge appears on your Shopify bill; we never see your card details.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly, or yearly at 10 times the monthly price (two months free), and change or cancel your plan in Shopify at any time.
What counts as a request?
A return or exchange request a customer submits from their account. EU withdrawal declarations never count toward your plan, and neither does an exchange that starts from one.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your paid plan starts through Shopify billing. Cancel before the 14 days are up and you pay nothing.
Can I move to a smaller plan?
Yes. If the new plan has fewer region groups, the extra groups’ rules are kept but switched off, and we show you exactly which rules will apply before you confirm.
