Who ReturnGO fits
ReturnGO's listing has no free plan. Premium costs $147 a month for 110 returns, plus $1.25 for each extra return, with a 14-day trial. It lists variant and product exchange, Shop Now exchanges, store credit, auto approval, 2 languages, and return labels through Ship by ReturnGO, which Comeback doesn't offer. Pro costs $297 a month for 300 returns, plus $0.90 for each extra return, and adds unlimited languages, advanced analytics and an API.
That makes ReturnGO a natural fit for an established brand with more than a hundred returns a month, a budget from $147, and a need for the returns app to run return shipping and a Shop Now experience.
Where Comeback differs
- A free plan and a $19 plan. Comeback Free approves 10 requests a month automatically; Starter approves 100 for $19 a month. ReturnGO's listing starts at $147.
- No fee per return. ReturnGO's plans charge $1.25 or $0.90 for each return above the plan. Comeback never does: above your plan's number, requests wait for your review at no extra cost.
- Exchange first, in a fixed order. Before a refund, your customer sees a swap for another size or colour of the same item, a different item from a set you choose (Starter and above), and store credit with an optional bonus (Starter and above). On EEA orders the refund stays available for 14 days after delivery.
